You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible products.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions for your order.

Returns remain subject to product eligibility and applicable South African consumer law. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us first so we can help with the next step.
